FlyCat User Agreement
Last updated: October 13, 2026 Effective: October 13, 2026
Welcome to FlyCat ("the App"), provided by the developer Hark Agent ("we" or "us"). Please read this agreement carefully, especially the disclaimers and limitations shown in bold. By tapping Agree, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement and the FlyCat Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. Nature of the software
- The App is open-source network tool software that runs the mihomo / sing-box core on your device to debug, split and forward network traffic according to the configuration you provide.
- The App does not provide, bundle, sell or recommend any proxy server, node, subscription, account or network-access service, and has no partnership or financial relationship with any provider of such services. All of its networking depends on configuration you import yourself.
- The App is free, with no paid features and no ads.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity, and you confirm that installing and using the App is lawful where you are. If the laws where you are prohibit or restrict such software, stop using and uninstall the App immediately.
3. Acceptable use
- You must comply with the laws of your country or region, decide for yourself whether your use is lawful, and bear all responsibility arising from it.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to establishing or using international network channels without authorization where that is required, endangering network security, infringing others' rights, spreading unlawful content, or carrying out network attacks or fraud.
- You must not use the App to provide or sell network-access, proxy or circumvention services to others, or promote anything commercially in the App's name.
- Use only servers and configurations you own or are lawfully authorized to use, and keep subscription URLs and secrets safe.
- Everything you do through the App and its consequences, including where your traffic goes and what it contains, is your own decision and responsibility.
4. Open-source license and intellectual property
- The App is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). Its source code is published at https://github.com/zhisibi/Goodmimi . You may use, study, modify and redistribute it under GPL-3.0; redistributions must also publish the corresponding source under GPL-3.0 and keep the copyright and license notices.
- The App uses the following open-source software, owned by their respective rights holders and used under their own licenses:
- mihomo (MetaCubeX, GPL-3.0)
- sing-box (SagerNet, GPL-3.0-or-later)
- gVisor (Google, Apache-2.0)
- The Go runtime and standard library (BSD-3-Clause)
- Other open-source components those projects depend on; see the license files in the source code.
- The bundled GeoIP / GeoSite databases come from public open-source data projects and are distributed under their original licenses.
- The FlyCat name and icon are original works of the developer. Clash, mihomo, sing-box, Google, YouTube, GitHub, Baidu, Huawei, HarmonyOS and other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or features; no license, sponsorship or partnership is implied.
- If you believe anything in the App or on its website infringes your rights, contact us at the address below and we will act promptly after verification.
5. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, stability or availability.
- We are not responsible for the legality, security, privacy or availability of any third-party server, node, subscription or configuration you use, nor for any data transmitted through the App.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by your breach of law or of this agreement, third-party services, network or device failures, system restrictions (such as the system reclaiming background processes) or force majeure.
- In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid for the App, which is zero because the App is free.
6. Changes and termination
- We may update this agreement from time to time; the updated version will be published in the App and on the website, and continued use means acceptance.
- If you breach this agreement, or the law where you are does not allow use of the App, your permission to use it ends automatically and you must uninstall it.
- We may stop maintaining or distributing the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing law and miscellaneous
- This agreement and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence; where these conflict with mandatory provisions of the law where you are, the mandatory provisions prevail.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Where this agreement conflicts with GPL-3.0 regarding copying, modifying or distributing the software, GPL-3.0 prevails.
